Mobile Clinic

Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas (CSVS) is dedicated to providing access to quality comprehensive health care to men, women and children with an emphasis on farm worker families and the agricultural community. 

Our mobile clinic is only for community members experiencing homelessness.

The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) defines homelessness as individuals and families:

  • Living in a supervised publicly or privately operated shelter designated to provided temporary living arrangements; or
  • With primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not designed for or ordinarily used as a regular sleeping accommodation for human beings, including a car, park, abandoned building, bus, or train station, airport, or camping ground.

CSVS has earned the coveted, Joint Commission Accreditation (TJC) and CSVS sites are Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facilities. CSVS is a 501 (c)3 non-profit community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services. CSVS is a health center program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
