“I have been going to this clinic in King City since the 80s. I started to take my daughter since she was 3 or 4 weeks old and yes, they do change doctors often because I think they do their medical practice there, but I will not go to any other clinic because the staff is always friendly including the doctor. The clinic is always clean and yes sometimes there is a longer wait, but I love that clinic. They addressed all of my issues and I have never had an issue. Now that they don’t accept my daughter’s insurance and had to transfer her to another clinic, the staff continues to ask about the well-being of my daughter. There’s a few girls that know my daughter since I first started to take her. I love that!”

“Appointments are smooth with plenty of reminder calls days in advance. I’ve had a couple of blood works done here and everyone is friendly and professional. The wait can be a little long but what are you gonna do, tell people to not get sick? However, I do wish they would invoke a noise ordinance in the waiting room. At times, parents will let their children scream or play on their phones full blast without complaints from staff. It can get a little unnerving.”
